Call Center Computer System: We wrote 20,000 lines of code, designed custom hardware and integrated Dialogic® boards for this computer controlled call-center telephone system.
The System controls 256 inbound phone lines and connects them with up to 64 operators. The status of every call and every operator is displayed on the manager's monitor, or available over the Internet. A giant light panel shows the operators how many calls are on hold.
A pre-sell recording plays for each caller and at the caller's request, the system can take the complete order without operator involvement.
